A choreography-based class that starts with warms ups including core, cardio, hips, and across the floor. This is a beginner/intermediate class alternating each week to promote choreo confidence. All are welcome. I do recommend Apolla shocks, socks or bare feet for footwear. As for outerwear leggings or tights for bottoms are encouraged due to the amount of floor work in most combinations. Each class with end with an optional cool down as well!
What to wear/bring: sweat towel, water/bottle, heels you are comfortable dancing in, comfortable dance/gym clothes, knee pads, long socks/leg warmers. Feel free to show off your individual style and flair.
