Get ready to sculpt, sweat, and slay! This full-body fitness class combines strength training, mobility, stability, endurance, core and cardio for a dynamic workout. This strength and conditioning class can be applied to a variety of other styles of dance like pole, chair, burlesque, and beyond, Whether you are looking to level up your dance game or just get in a good workout, this all level class is for you. 

What to wear/bring: sweat towel, water/bottle, knee pads, high socks or leg warmers, comfortable dance/gym clothes. Feel free to show off your individual style and flair.
