Let's take it to the floor! This class includes a warm-up, strength, conditioning and flexibility exercises followed by a choreographed routine all on the floor. It is all levels with modifications. You can wear heels or be barefoot. Knee pads as well as long socks or leg warmers are highly recommended for sliding and gliding.
What to bring/wear: sweat towel, water/bottle, heels you are comfortable dancing in, comfortable dance/gym clothes. Feel free to show off your individual style and flair. Some recommendations are fishnets, booty shorts, bras, corsets, layers for stripping, and lingerie. Dance or pole heels are recommended.
