Get ready to shake, groove, and sweat with this medium to high-intensity class that’s all about having fun while getting fit! This class combines heart-pumping cardio, strength training, and core conditioning with all the booty shaking and bumping.
We’ll kick things off with a lively warm-up to get your body moving and your energy soaring. Then, dive into a series of strength-building exercises that focus on your glutes, legs, and core, preparing you for the dynamic dance moves ahead.
Next, it’s time to get your groove on with easy-to-follow choreographed cardio combos that will have you bouncing and shaking in no time. Expect an exhilarating mix of dance and fitness that will elevate your heart rate, tone your muscles, and leave you drenched in sweat— all while having a blast!
Wear comfortable workout gear, especially shorts if you’re comfortable, but definitely something that isn’t too binding.  Don’t forget your sneakers, knee pads, leg warmers or tall socks.
