This sensual stretch class invites you to honor your body and soul through a variety of movement like fluid pole movement, grounded mat work, and luxurious stretches.
NO PREVIOUS POLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bring a mat, water, journal & pen, and anything else you feel drawn to bringing like tarot cards, blanket, eye mask, beads, etc.
