This class builds on pole foundations and introduces basic spins, transitions, and an introduction to inversions—all while continuing to focus on strength, conditioning, and mobility.
What to wear/bring: sweat towel, water/bottle, knee pads, high socks or leg warmers, comfortable dance/gym clothes. Feel free to show off your individual style and flair.
