Step into the world of pole dance in heels with this beginner-friendly class designed to build confidence, strength, and style from the ground up. Using the basics of Pole Foundations as our base, we’ll introduce the fundamentals of moving on and around the pole while wearing platform heels.
You’ll learn essential skills like pole walks, turns, poses, transitions and choreography, with added focus on balance, posture, and control in heels. Each class includes a thorough warm-up with conditioning, stretching, and strength exercises to support your feet, ankles, calves, and core-helping you move safely and confidently.
This all-levels class is perfect for dancers who are new to heels, returning to basics, or looking to explore pole with a little extra sass and confidence.

What to wear/bring:
Sweat towel, water bottle, knee pads, pole heels (optional for first class), high socks or leg warmers, and comfortable dance or gym clothes. As always, feel free to show off your individual style and flair.
