In this class, learn fundamental booty shaking moves and technique. In Booty Bounce Basics we will be focusing on warm ups, strength exercises as well as intro and beginner movement & technique. Short cardio combos maybe introduced to start building muscle memory and endurance. This is a beginner/intermediate level class with modifications available. We will also learn a choreographed routine for the month.
Things to bring: loose comfortable dance or gym clothing, knee pads, long socks, sneakers and comfortable gym/dance attire. Shorts are recommended, but whatever you're comfortable in is fine. Feel free to show off your individual style and flair!
