Grab a pole partner and explore the art of movement together in this playful Pole Doubles Workshop! Blending elements of low flow, pole foundations, beginner spins, and partner-based transitions, this class focuses on connection, communication, balance, and shared movement around the pole.
We’ll begin with a full warm-up, conditioning, and mobility work before diving into foundational doubles techniques, synchronized movement, assisted shapes, spin variations, and buildable choreography designed for two bodies moving as one. Expect a mix of strength, trust, fluidity, and creativity—with plenty of opportunities to laugh, experiment, and support one another along the way.
Some pole foundations experience is recommended, as students should already feel comfortable with basic pole movement and beginner spins. No heels, we'll keep it barefoot this time. Come with a friend or partner, or be ready to pair up in class!
