Ever feel like your inversions are "heavy," or struggle with hip mobility in your splits? Most pole dancers focus on shoulder and grip strength, but the foundation of every climb, spin, and static hold starts much lower.
Join us for a workshop designed to bridge the gap between pelvic health and pole dance. Using evidence-based insights from Skala Physical Therapy, we’ll move beyond the "kegel" and explore how the pelvic floor acts as the bottom of your internal "pressure canister." We’ll dive into how a functional pelvic floor impacts your core stability, helps you stay "tucked" during aerial transitions, and even protects your wrists, elbows, and shoulders from overcompensating.
