Rock Burlesque: Floor + Pillow Play Workshop
Get down, get dirty, and let the "Addicted" music take you there with a healthy dose of attitude, tease, and floorwork.
We’ll explore how to move sensually and confidently across the floor, using a pillow as a prop with slides, rolls, hip work, sensual transitions, hair whips, crawls, and slow-burn shapes to create choreography that feels powerful and effortless... and perhaps a bit of YOU between the sheets.
The pillow as a prop becomes part of the dance as we play with levels and texture. Going from seductive to feral to downright filthy.
Expect a class that blends burlesque attitude, rock-star energy, sensual floorwork, and playful floor/pillow choreography.
You’ll learn how to use your body, the space, and the music to build tension and command attention without rushing the moment.
Heels optional. Kneepads highly encouraged.
What to Wear: Something that makes you feel sexy and you best rock sex goddess self.
Hint: Wear All black, all red or a combo of both (recommended) Perhaps a rock T-shirt or flannel too
